Claus has served as General Manager for Right Management responsible for the Nordic Region and a member of the firms Global Executive Group.

He spend 10 years working as Managing Director and senior Partner at Kjaer & Kjerulf, the Danish market leader in Organization & Leadership development. He has also spent 10 years working with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture as well as the international consulting firms Qeep and Siar-Bossard.
